A minimum of 24-hour notice is typically required for all services, however, same day requests will be accommodated as our schedule permits. For event coverage (coordination, planning, etc), we recommend a minimum of 2-week notice to ensure adequate staffing.
A minimum of 1-hour is required for each task - thereafter, prices are calculated in 15-minute increments.
If your concierge specialist is traveling to multiple locations, a two-hour minimum is required.
Our service area includes Manatee and Sarasota counties within a 15-mile radius of 34202. Services outside of this area may incur additional fees. All rates include the first 25 miles of travel for each day's request, based on the starting point of the task(s). Travel over 25 miles for a single request day will be billed at current Federal mileage rates.
A 48-hour notice is required for cancellation of scheduled services. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 2-hour service charge. Cancellations given on the same day or if no notice is given / the client is a no-show for the scheduled appointment, the full service fee/time bank deduction will apply. If the client is late for a scheduled appointment, the hourly/package rate will still begin at the scheduled start time.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Checks returned for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient funds, closed accounts, and stop payments, are subject to a $35.00 Returned Check Fee. When credit cards are used, a 5% convenience fee applies. All packages/services will be billed upon purchase and payment is required before services are rendered. Any expenses incurred during service will be billed upon delivery. A minimum of one hour purchase/use is required and, after the first hour, will be billed in 15-minute increments. Services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to recover the costs of collection of delinquent accounts, including court costs, reasonable attorney and/or collection agency fees.
Work completed on any major holiday will be billed at a higher rate, regardless of package selected. For pet/house sitting over holiday week/ends, the entire stay is billed at the holiday rate. Please contact us for additional details.
The cost for any merchandise requested by client, is billed in addition to the service fee. In the event of additional services or other unforeseen costs, prompt payment is expected. In addition to the service rate, all costs of materials, expenses and taxes are the responsibility of the client. There will be a 5% non-refundable convenience fee for any items or expenses purchased with Rediscovered Moments Concierge, LLC funds. Full reimbursement is expected upon delivery of goods or services. In the event that the client is not present at delivery, an invoice will be sent for reimbursement and must be paid upon receipt. Late fees, at 2% interest daily, will begin to accrue three (3) days after service has been completed. For purchase of high-ticket items a prepayment before service will be required.
All personal information will remain confidential. We do not sell or distribute any information about our clients.
As of 2014, any and all services rendered are subject to waiver of liability and hold harmless agreements and each purchase certifies acceptance of the terms of such agreements.
Rediscovered Moments Concierge, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person and refuse any service request deemed unethical, immoral, illegal, or that would present a danger to our staff or clients.
