How does this work?
You purchase the package that best suits your needs (remember, we also offer custom packages) and provide us with details about your initial or ongoing request, and we will handle the rest! We offer free consultations so give us a call today!

Are you reliable?
All staff members and/or contractors of Rediscovered Moments Concierge, LLC have been fully vetted to ensure a clean background, including passing a national criminal background check for both misdemeanors and felonies, an ID verification, a National Sex Offender check, as well as a 10-panel drug screen.  We are bonded and insured for the protection of all parties.  We are also a proud member of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, Young Leaders Alliance, Lakewood Ranch Referral Partners, and several other local organizations. Our CEO's philosophy is that if she wouldn't trust a team member with the intimate details of her family's businesses and personal lives, they will never work for our organization. 

How much do you charge?
Depending on discounts, our rates for individual services can range from $35 - 50 an hour (based on which package you purchase) for ANY event or task. We have opted for a flat rate - as opposed to different fees for different services - to save you money and hassle that other companies can often bring.
Company/Corporate rates as well as speaking engagements are priced based on required specifications. Please see our Rates & Packages page for additional details and to request a corporate proposal. 

Why should my company purchase your services to offer as an employee benefit?
Today’s workforce is stretched thinner than ever before. When employers offer concierge services to their employees, it allows them to be far more productive at work since their personal tasks are being taken care of. It also boosts morale as your employees will have more time to spend with their families when they get off work. Overall, we have found that productivity and efficiency are significantly increased by companies offering concierge services. 

Are materials, expenses, and tax included in your price?
No. Any purchases made on a request (eg. groceries, party decorations, etc.) are the responsibility of the client.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer periodic specials as well as a refer a friend special, 6+ month contract discount, and military/police/emergency responder discounts. Please see our Specials page for additional details. 

How do you calculate time purchased?
There is a minimum of one-hour purchase. After the first hour, time is calculated in 15-minute increments to give you the most value for your purchase.

Can I give you coupons to use at the store?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that the time to pick them up will be subtracted from your time bank.

Do you take checks?
We accept cash, check, or cards. However, returned checks will incur an additional $35 fee. 

What is your service area?
Our service area is limited to Manatee and Sarasota counties within a 15-mile radius of 34202. There may be an additional charge for the services requested outside of this service area. All packages purchased include the first 25-miles of travel for each request. Travel over 25-miles for a single request will be billed at the current mileage rates. 

What if I need to cancel my request?
A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation of scheduled services. Please see the Fine Print section of the Rates & Packages page for additional details.

Do you accept tips?
If you love our staff feel free to give them a tip....gratuities are greatly appreciated but completely at your discretion.
